STARTERS

Sea bass tartare, kiwi, and vanilla rum

Warm goat cheese croûton, Alpine honey, and lamb’s lettuce salad

Indian-style curry cream with roasted chickpeas

Baby greens salad, crunchy vegetables, toasted walnuts, and house vinaigrette

MAIN COURSES

Blood sausage with cream, confit onions, Boskoop apple compote, and cornettes

Wild hake fillets, bergamot infusion, and lingonberry shards

Sesame-roasted guinea fowl supreme, braised pak choi

Vegetarian Stroganoff-style strips made from soy and wheat
